One of the most interesting winter sports is the combination of cross-country skiing and shooting. People seem to get excited about this combination once every four years when the Olympics rolls around. The Wisconsin Biathlon Association tries to keep in interest in this sport going year round with marksmanship practice in the summer and competitions in the winter. They also host events just for youth and are very open to helping those who have interest get started.
